I bought a beautiful vintage necklace made out of Whitby Jet from this lovely little gem of a shop in Midhurst. Both the owner Geoff and Robert are very knowledgeable about jewelry and watches and I always check out their new stock when I am visiting the area.

Really disappointed. I was recommended to Allnutts for servicing of my Rolex watches. First one was fine and keeps perfect time. Second one has now been back twice and still gains 4 mins a day so now being sent to Rolex, at more expense, to be sorted; third one collected today and unbelievably seems to be gaining some time already.And what is really annoying is having spent over £1000 on servicing the staff seem grumpy to the point, at times, of curtness (its really NOT my fault the watch is gaining and I have to keep bothering you ) and still unable to properly pronounce my surname despite spelling it out on three separate occasions. The little things matter.I want to support small business and particularly older ones such as this. I can get poor service from big multi-nationals. There is an expectation that from small family run firms it might be a bit more personal, customer focussed and friendly. Perhaps my experience was an aberration and I wish you very success but I won't be back and I am now pretty grumpy about the whole experience.

The shop some sold jewellery for me which was really efficient and the team were a great help! Excellent service!

Took a few watches in recently ( July ‘23) two of which I’d been told (elsewhere) that were broken and needed repair- this fantastic shop replaced all watch’s batteries and all are spot on great. My wife can’t thank you enough. It says a lot about good old fashioned watch-repairers, in house to boot! Top top marks

A lovely shop, has the best advice on watches and, great customer service

Bought a Tissot watch from this shop and was told it was an automatic. It stopped working after I dropped it. Returned to shop and they said it would need to be sent to Tissot for repairs at £140. Left it in a drawer for past 4 years. Took it today to a nice Jewellers in Richmond, Surrey and they said it was actually a quartz watch and probably needed a battery. They popped a new battery in and it now works fine. £7 !! Shame that Allnutts led me to believe the watch was actually an automatic requiring an expensive repair. There again, I was never much impressed with the attitude of many business owners in West St, Midhurst.
