The south dormitories are dated and in desperate need of a serious renovation or rebuild. During our stay, air conditioners stopped working in several units during the heat wave and there was a terrible fly infestation in the unit we stayed in. I have to say that campus conference services were very responsive and accomodating to resolve the issues as best they could.
