They have an amazing selection of books spanning all imaginable genres. Also they have impressive kitchen utensils, mugs and toiletries that are artistic and futuristic. Prices are reasonable and the selections impressive.

Made a quick stop at this location. I knew what I needed, just not sure where it was located in the store. Asked a staff member. They politely answered my inquiry. I quickly found it on the second floor exactly where they said it would be. Completed my purchase. The cashier was also polite. I got what I came for at reasonable price. Very Satisfied.

I visited this location in search of road maps for an upcoming trip. I inquired and was told by a smiling and friendly staff member where to find the road maps. The store had the selection of maps I was looking for - which was great, considering most people rely on Google maps these days - at a reasonable price. The store was clean however there were signs indicating certain areas of the store were currently unavailable. I paid for my purchase and left satisfied with my visit. Thanks Chapters! I'm ready to hit the road.

Went to visit this location looking for some items to decorate my little one's room. They have cute selections of children's room decor and also a lot of different unique items too. 4 stars because some items says on sale and price as marked but it was not. luckily it was scanned sale in the register. anything else, staff were friendly.

The biggest bookstore in Manitoba and it didn't disappoint me! I've found lots of great books there and bought some of them. The vibe is also very peaceful and the staffs were very helpful and friendly!

Love this place.Really nice store, has a lot of books, entertainment and space.Would love to have a place where I can order beverages and to sit down and enjoy the store scenery

Huge bookstore near Polo Park. Staff was very helpful in holding items for us that we couldn’t find at one of their other locations. We always love visiting their stores!

Chapter's is definitely my go to store! Expect to spend time here.As a book lover, I could definitely spend a day here. Just sad they've taken seating out of the store. My husband has no where to rest while I shop. lol

I always find amazing gifts here and trendy stationary and home decor! I was unable to find a book I was hoping to purchase - I asked for help and both the ladies who helped me were very genuine and nice even though they were unable to find the book they gave me a ticket for another store in the city and offered to call them to put it on hold for me! This was so nice. I will for sure be back. The Starbucks staff are awesome! And the bathrooms were clean as well as the rest of the store! Even the on sale section was neatly organized.
