Had another rookie today. God bless on me made a good coffee but overfilled my thermos So when I put the lid on It overflowed on to the floor.Maybe next time rookie. Lol

I have been here 30+ times and they have gotten something wrong with my order 31 of these visits. Kinda got annoyed with the long wait times and still getting someone else’s food? A sandwich with half the toppings?No thanks.Update! Got home with what I thought was the right order. WRONG AGAIN! This location is horrible.

I ordered sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin, a honey crueler and a large iced cappuccino. Food was hot and fresh, donut was okay, iced cappuccino was made perfectly and they gave me a nice plastic straw that bends instead of the paper ones that would’ve deteriorated.

This Tim Hortons has exceptional service and when I was short and change they really helped me out and I can't say enough good things about the staff there very professional and by far the best Tim Hortons I visited in Windsor

The staff at this location are fabulous. I went to 3 timhorton stores near by for egg and cheese croissant but everyone said they do not make it after 4:00 pm and they don't have it. But, Ms. Swati and other 2 ladies at this location said they'll make fresh and gave it to me. Thanks for your generous service. The best store in town. :)

Tim Horton is one of my favorite placesI ordered a large half French vanilla half hot chocolate yesterday and all I got is a large horrible hot chocolate I got busy the whole day I went this morning to the same location and I explained to one of the staff my situation and she told me I need the cup in order to replace it I have been in Canada half my life and is it the first time I hear this from Tim Horton staff she didn't even say sorry or I apologize for this horrible beverageI appreciate the good service keep it up

This location is close to my house so it's one my family frequents. Recently, however we have had numerous errors with our orders. I understand occassional mistakes but these are not occassional. They are happening a lot. Very dissatisfied with this location lately.

This Tim Hortons makes a habit of getting our orders wrong. We've had to go back several times to get them fixed. Once in a while I don't mind, but all the time? I know they're understaffed and I try to be patient but when I have to park and go in to get my order fixed, repeatedly, I get a little upset.

Quick service, food quality was ok. Atmosphere felt cluttered as a worker was mopping the floor at lunchtime.
