Called said he would come this year and never showed up or called.

After using them for the better part of a decade, I find myself having to look elsewhere as they have become to put it mildly unresponsive. I suggest you also look elsewhere as whilr they had decent prices. The lack of communication fillets a less than professional attitude. That should not be encouraged, and when you are reading through reviews of this company, you should note the date of the original review as they have truly gone downhill recently.

Very good service. Willing to take care of everything . If you're looking for help with your lawn these are the guys you'll need.

Gary Kressley and his professional and competent team are excellent. We had a starter box malfunction that caused our sprinkler system to shut down.I texted Gary around 6pm and asked if he had time to help. He called me later that evening and promised to have a team come by around 7:30 am the following day. The team arrived at 7:28 am, asked a few questions, tested the system, diagnosed the issue and replaced our starter box in less than 30 minutes. Our system works great now!If you have any lawn, sprinkler system or grounds maintenance issues or concerns, I highly recommend Green Giant Lawn Care. They get the job done at a fair price.What impresses me the most is that Gary is a man of his word and his team equally demonstrate integrity and competence.
