RepairCare Makes me feel Valued. They are very thorough with communication. I have used them more than I can count and I will surely use them again! I am so happy on how they took care with me.

Total scam promised 1 time fee and figure out the problem. But after diagnosis already asking for $510 and I can buy a new one for $900. On top of that still say after this part is replaced there might be more parts needs to be replaced just a “full disclosure”. What a easy way to scam people by charging parts and guarantee 1 time fee for however long the service might take. Don’t use this middle man. They simply call up your local technician anyways. The technician doesn’t work for this company.

Our freezer's evaporator coil was thawed so I called for help. They arrived on time and very much prepared, fixed it and their charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any appliance job! Thank You!

RepairCare is highly recommended for their excellent job and friendly customer care with their clients. I contacted RepairCare to fix my heating system on recommendation from my friend. They sent technician right away and fix the problems so quickly. They charged nominal rate as compared to other companies. I want to recommend you RepairCare in order to get peace of mind with home repair problems.

This company comes up in a google search as a local provider in Vancouver. It is not; it is based in Ontario with no local presence.I contacted them online for a washer service/repair. After waiting for a day, they quoted me a price for labour which would not change regardless of how many times they had to visit. That's the only good part.When they called, they then said they had to get in touch with their local contractor to see when they could come and would get back to me. They then asked for my credit card information etc. I was not willing to provide this information without some sort of confirmation as to when the contractor would be available. They didn't like that.While waiting for a call back, I contacted a local company. That company quoted me a fixed labour price almost 1/2 of what I was quoted with the same guarantee about no additional labour regardless of how many site visits it took to fix the problem. The local company also was able to book a time for the same day right away. I went with the local company who fixed the problem without delay.So if you want to pay an agency fee for an Ontario company - go ahead. Otherwise, find a local company (they have same labour guarantee), save some $ and keep your money local.

Very positive experience with RepairCare, received timely support after contacting them about my stove. The individual that supported me was very patient explaining the problem and how they would perform the repair, they were able to complete the repair right away.

I will not use RepairCare again. Do not expect their customer service to follow through and provide what they say they will. They are not interested in actually understanding and fixing the problem you may have, and transmitting that information to the repair tech, but are solely looking for ways to bill you. You are better off going to other providers that have experience and show real interest and service in fixing appliance problems.
