Recently renewed my lease with Lamarq and Marlee and Stephanie have been of great help in getting me the apartment, the room and the view that I wanted. Super helpful during my journey of renewing the lease and switching the apartment to a higher floor and a better view. I highly recommend them :)

I stayed here for 3/4 years of my university life. The location is super convenient with walking distance to McGill, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. and Lamarq is literally located on Montreal’s busiest shopping street. The staffs, however, were the reason why my experience there was amazing. They were always helpful, accommodating, even when we were all going through the pandemic. There are events every month where you can meet other residents and bond over free food/snack.One small down side is that not all apartments are soundproof so you might hear your roommates if they’re loud. Other than that, highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience with La Marq and Centurion for myself (as a parent) and my son as a student and a tenant. The facility is well appointed and well run, and communications are prompt and informative. Thank you for doing such a great job.

When leasing and moving in, the process is very quick and smooth. the staff is ready to assist you when you arrive. The facility has some amazing amenities. like the gym is always clean and open. I love the movie room, we would reserve it a lot to watch our shows with friends, the game room is cool too, the games are fun and the resident events like the ping pong tournaments are so fun, and great to meet others in the building. The rooms are nice and spacious, they come equipped with furniture and a comfy mattress. The staff is very cool and welcoming, it's nice to chat with them. Highly recommend.

The quality of the apartment is quite low: some embarrassing flaws that can make daily life unpleasant and you don't meet the people who share this small apartment before (in the event of a major incompatibility, it would be complicated).The few advantages of this for-profit private residence cannot compensate for this. Difference between sales talk and reality...

i had a great experience living here at la marq. The staff is wonderful. Marlee, Maura, Yan and Stephanie always have a smile to greet you so you feel welcome. The apartments are very clean. The apartments are equipped with brand new appliances. The kitchen is also very modern with soft closing cabinets. I met some very amazing people through the events hosted here at the residence. Every month, there is a ping pong tournament with a prize. I really enjoyed my experience anc hope you can as well

My son was in McGill for an exchange year and Marlee and the whole team in La Marq were fantastic. Great location, great atmosphere, lovely big apartments and really safe, you can’t get better if you are studying in Montreal. Thanks for everything!

Generally a good experience. My main advice is don't get a room on the upper floor. Ive been here a year and a half, and until the building turns the ac back on in the summer, the appartment is always at 28°. If you're not from Canada, and curious about what the average house temperature is in Quebec. It's usually kept between 20-22° during winter.
