Dishonest practices at this Hertz location. Use another location if you can.

The lady at the counter was very helpful. Service was quick and convenient as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE I would not recommend getting a rental through this company. I paid to be ubered and was told I had a vehicle, it also charged my car then when I get here they tell me there’s no vehicle. No call no nothing! Not impressed with the costumer service at all.

Poor communication skills on the part of this location/company(?). It was hard to even know if they were affiliated with Hertz or some side operation with something fishy going on. Regardless, I would not recommend renting a vehicle from here unless you absolutely have to. As mentioned in the other review, poor customer service skills. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

So after looking at reviews, I was very skeptical to rent from this location. I called ahead of time to ask some questions, and the young lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the cost of the young renter’s fee(about $15/day), however, the fee itself wasn’t a surprise and I was informed of it ahead of time. Very easy pick up and drop off, and very friendly service. The gentleman who I returned the car to was very nice and made the process very easy. Maybe they’ve undergone new management? Because overall I was very happy with the experience, very friendly and very up front.

Extended rental from another location. Everything was good. Friendly person at the front desk.

Absolutely avoid Hertz. If I could award negative stars, I would. The customer service is poor. Hertz gave me the run-a-round. The Hertz location at the Regina Airport actually could not provide a quote, asked me to telephone a call centre in the Philippines, which still failed to provide a quote after 30 minutes (!). I called a different location in Regina and got the same response. The lack of coordination and service at Hertz is staggeringly bad.

Worst service ever...bunch of thieves at service...i rented a car and was told that total is 228$ and when all work done and i took the car i found that i have been charged 429$ which is that they charged additional 200$ without my approved authorisation....i am never going to rent from these crooks again in my life and never refer this to anyone...the answer i get frm the manager is its company policy ( to loot customer) and its not mentioned before hand to customer ....i said then to atleast return the additional.200$ which they block they simply said they cant and if i refuse to take the car i will have to pay for 1 day anyways...what rubbish is all this...i hav dealt with enterprise and other but never faced this....the manager the employee at the desk spoke to is mr.nayyer usmani.....its avery BAD BAD BAD SERVICE....no star ratingthey have it not written on any paper given to customer for signing or approval before deducting the amount frm him...utter rubbish....
