Incredible staff in all aspects, my mom was treated like one of the family and we were always treated kindly and respectfully.

CHRONICALLY short staffed, nights do baths at 5am!!!poor mamagement leadership....money driven approach, which is far from pacient centered care

My father is a resident at Mackenzie Place. The home is clean and bright and I have found the employees and management to be very attentive to the needs of the residents. I am very happy my father is residing in such a great place.

The testing setup for visitors was very thorough, and I was impressed by how quick and well organized the place was. I was skeptical about the way things were handled a few months ago, but this time around they’ve done their homework and I feel very comfortable with the safety of my Mom, as well as the other residents there.

Tonight was a horrible windy and rainy Halloween for my seven year old daughter. The staff here were so kind to have trick or treat here for the little ones to have a warm place to have Halloween.The residents faces completely lit up to see the children and my daughter enjoyed there company and kindness.I have decided to take my daughter here once a month to be with the residents and play games etc.The staff were absolutely outstanding and kind.I believe more of us show volunteer to spend time with the seniors here , there eyes were filled with so much joy!A memory my daughter and I will have forever!Thank you for giving us the opportunity to visit.

It is a nice place. PSW and the attending staff are very warm and kind. Very close to the U (upperCanadamall) and a couple sets of Canada Geese living in the wetland in the back! Yay
