I have worked with Amanda for over a year and the results have astounded me. Not only did Amanda help with the issues I approached her with, our sessions also revealed wounds and hurt and trauma I did not realize I was carrying with me. Once I learned to accept and work through the pain and my fears...wow, what a life-altering difference. All my personal relationships have improved. I feel lighter and more confident. I am able to be more empathetic as I've been freed from my own cycles of self-inflicted suffering. Conflicts that in the past would have left me devastated and recovering for days are now shockingly easy to navigate and resolve.In every single session with Amanda I am surprised by something I had not considered before. It's uncanny how quickly she is able to get to the core of any issue and present it in a way I can understand. The best word to describe our sessions is 'illuminating'. Rather than instructing me, Amanda patiently guides me towards the path to discover the answers for myself. I love reading books about psychology and self-improvement, but they do not compare to connecting with a person with knowledge, experience, patience, and compassion like Amanda. When I first heard about bioenergetics I was skeptical and hesitant but it really works. I cannot recommend working with her enough.

Amanda is awesome! She is very patient and understanding. I am working on being more kind and loving to myself, and I have noticed significant improvement not just in myself but in my relationships as well. I was skeptical about it at first but it is totally worth it for the results!

Amanda is such a beautiful and patient soul. After each session, when questions came to mind, she very willing conversed with me. She did this on her down time. Her response time was quick and she did all she could to answer my questions as best as she could.During our sessions she was very patient as she allows the client time to process quietly or aloud.
