Paragon Apartments

It's cool. I really recommend this apartment. It's a quiet area, the suit is very clean and tidy.The in-suite laundry is easy to handy.The management and staffs are very co operative.

Great onsite management,the manager was very helpful and supportive when we moved in, from Edmonton, its a clean and quiet stay in a good location with affordable rate having all amenities.

Lived in Paragon Apartments in Edson, Alberta for over 2 years. The rent was affordable and the units were very spacious. Parking stall was close and has plugs in for winter season. Diverse backgrounds of individuals living in the units however found majority of people to be very friendly and helpful when needed.For the most part neighbours complied with the rules and regulations for smoking in designated areas around the premises.The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood where it was safe and close to beautiful walking trails. Additionally it is right next to the local gas station and convenience store where I was able to pick up mail etc.Jolene Hunter is the onsite manager and handled situations in a respectful and professional manner. She was very detailed in both the move in/move out process. She was quick to attend to any concerns with a friendly and positive demeanour. She goes above and beyond her role each and everyday.Cons: I lived in a corner suite with a balcony which was next to the main road. At times it was slightly noisy. Walls are transparent. I could hear my neighbours above sometimes.I would definitely recommend Paragon Apartments to anyone who is looking to rent in Edson.
