We had Nick come to our office a couple of times now to help us out. His response time was amazing and his knowledge was greatly appreciated. He not only helped solve our printer issues but he was kind enough to chat with me about some smaller questions I had irrelevant to the problem he came to solve.

So my computer's memory was shot and kept crashing on me at random time whenever in use. Eventually I called in for a quote and literally ten minutes later I got a call from Nick He took the time out of his day to help me and diagnose the issue. A day later I was able to get my computer back to working condition. I was genuinely surprised by the feedback and I'm satisfied with going this him for help. Nick was absolutely amazing! He was able to look and FIX my laptop within hours. He was very responsive to our questions and was able to look at my laptop the same day I had messaged him! Removed a ton of storage from my laptop and fixed everything that was asked! Amazing service.

Had an issue with a dinosaur of a laptop. Nick was able to communicate effectively and access the computer remotely in order to properly clean and restore the computer to a like new condition. Affordable, quick, and super convenient not having to leave the house.

I needed my Gaming PC upgraded, and called Nick after reading the good reviews. He was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. He cleaned 11 years of dust out of it, and upgraded it in a timely manner and for very fair price. I'll definitely be calling him next time some pc troubles happen!

We had a laptop that needed to be looked at quickly due to work commitments and Nick looked at it the very day we asked him to and had it up and running within a couple hours. Our second laptop was slow and sluggish and Nick once again got that one up and running as well as assisted me with a cell phone issue and a iPad problem. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for IT support. He is also very reasonably priced.

After a quick phone call, arrangements were made to get the computer to Nick. He had it fixed and running perfectly within a few hours and for a very reasonable price. He was extremely professional and knew his business. I cant recommend him enough, especially for a person like me who is pretty technically challenged he was exactly what I needed.
