I have been using their services for years. This year I am reconsidering. The main issue with HireTheGartner.com is their communications. There is none. Every inquiry on existing or new service goes unanswered save the 1 time I managed to get an answering service that said they'd pass the call on, but still no response. The 2 stars is to reflect that most of the work does get done. Not to what was neccessarily expected or explained, but still done. Don't go on price when selecting a landscaper or snow removal company. It doesn't pay.
