We love to stop here for lunch, you can eat a variety of things for a reasonable price. We usually get Chinese food. That is by far the busiest food counter in the place, so doesn't work well if you are in a rush.

Very disappointed in QF! No Quality in Foods!Produce is horrible! Cantaloupe was green rock hard, small potatoes rotted inside, mini seedless watermelon had tons of seeds, Deli Roast Beef dry as sandpaper!Got the run around when I went there, and they could not replace anything as it was all equally as bad but they refuse to remove it. Sadly other shoppers will be stuck returning or tossing out what they purchased.With the cost of groceries these days it is not as if this means nothing...over 20$ in items is a legit complaint.An FYI SaveOn policy is replace the item, replace what you spentand 500 points! I will be going there now.Just called the manager and found out Jim Pattison has now included QF in his group of companies so fingers crossed for a good change!

Usually have what I want, though prices are higher for produce. Friendly people working on stocking shelves, always give you a hand to find or reach product. My first choice for espresso beans!

The people are greatPrices are getting tough for the people that helped support QF in the leaner years .Shopped here 25 years. Was a place to find deals .Fruit and vegetables are really high . . Pensions need some deals again .

Well this Quality is brand new and shiney! Moving from downtown more towards the highway.The store is much bigger and shares the same floor layout as the Qualicum Beach locale.Its really easy to get around in and they have a great selection of produce. Nice and fresh!With the new larger floor space the selection is wider and offers more unique items.The staff are great! Always helpful and cheery.

Normally I’m really close by this grocery store so I go there often and the stuff there some know me, it’s expensive but I go there because for emergencies and it’s convenience. Yesterday I had an ugly experience, I went there to breakfast like I do sometimes, my mom bought some things as she was with me and my kids too were there, I bought a pop at the breakfast place and on the way out, this lady that works there, said in the really disrespectful way to my daughter” young lady what do you have there, she is only 12 years old, she doesn’t steal. What makes me the most upset it’s no way to speak to someone specially a kid that way. You guys should treated you workers to be more respectful and nicer with the customer we payed a lots of money to shop there. It’s insulting.

The deli/ kitchen section here is second to none! They make the best Western style Chinese food on the island, in my opinion, and I use the pre-made dinners during my work week all the time. Prices are great, and selection is amazing.
