I just loved this place!!!! It is definitely one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was very comfortable. The people working there are exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with a myriad of choices. Something for everyone. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome place! Located downton Gaspé, next to restaurants and other stores, the rooms are confortable and beautiful and so is the building. Outside, the trees create a cozy ambiance. Finally, the staff is super nice and helpful!

Pros-big clean rooms, we also got an upgrade free of charge, good location, nice seating area for breakfast and outside the room, overall a very pleasant stay. They also have a level 2 charger for your EV.Cons- breakfast in the morning could be improved with more options.

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, attention to detail and in an excellent location.Staff was more than accommodating. So nice to go to a place where staff is so caring. Five stars all the way round! Thank you for making our anniversary getaway even more special.

Auberges sous les Arbres is a fantastic sma hotel and I look forward to staying here for all future trips to Gaspé. The accomodations are comfortable and outfitted with excellent vintage furniture for an elegant feeling. The establishment is nestled in the trees and right downtown with a lovely view. While the canceled the formal breakfasts per say early this year, there is a kitchen with fresh backed goods, an espresso machine, juice, fruit, and cereal for guest to enjoy. The staff are also lovely and the informal atmosphere made this millenial feel right at home.

(Stayed in August 2019)My wife and I stayed here for a night as we were travelling around the Gaspé peninsula and we wish we had stayed here for longer.It began at reception and the magnificent Mimi who checked us in. She was polite, charming and very friendly and even gave us some suggestions for dining that evening.The room was fantastic, spacious with a comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout.The buffet breakfast in the morning was also very good and well stocked.We would definitely like to come back!

One of those places you'll want to stay in a thousand times. Impeccable service, lofts are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and sparkling clean. They are doing an incredible job with breakfast in spite of covid.Location is just incredible, at the core of were you want to be in Gaspé. It works really well when you want to stay a few days and discover all the natural attractions around the area (Forillon National Park being my top favorite) There's also grocery stores, some of the best restaurants, liquor stores, dollar store and pharmacies, all in a 400m radius approximately.They include free parking for guests, a major asset in the area.Love it, love it, love it.

+ great house, spacious and clean rooms, good location- unflexible check-in: we arrived 10 pm with notice to the owner and she complained why we are so late; breakfast is very basic, mostly sweet stuff and the room is simply to small for all the people in the auberge.Review after response from owner:I think I gave quite a balanced comment on your house. Of course, it is always easier to blame the customer instead of reflecting how you can improve. I was very positive about your room and how clean it was. But serving ice cold cooked egg and not filling up the bagels once they are empty is not what I would consider best in class breakfast. As for the service: no need to be mad at me because I arrive (announced) at 10 pm in your place to check in or if I give you a more critical review on Google.
