Dr. Wessels and his staff have managed to create an environment that makes even the most reticent patient (me!) feel comfortable and relaxed. From reception to billing, and from the dental assistants to the hygienist, the staff conduct themselves as consummate and caring professionals. Dr. Wessels is one of the most empathetic dentists I have ever met. I trust him to provide me with the kind of dental care that will keep me smiling for the rest of my life. His professionalism is unrivaled; he is patient, considerate and well versed in the best and most up-to-date procedures. He is personable as well. He cares about his patients, and it shows. I recommend Dr. Gary Wessels with no hesitation what-so-ever.

I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Wessels! His approach is relational, but not at the expense of excellent clinical skill of the highest level. So, I always feel well cared for, and I know I'm getting the best technical skill, but I also feel like a valued person. I know he has worked hard to build an excellent team, so not only will you be happy with the care you receive from him, but his staff of hygienists and front office people are there because they care about the people they serve. This is because Dr. Wessels has built a team that loves to take good care of people and they are constantly developing and building their skills. I am a new patient at the office. I was treated with the utmost respect. Amy, my hygienist, was very thorough, polite, and explained every step. Dr Wessels is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. We have used Dr Wessels for our ever growing family. We have a family of 4 kids, he is able to get us all in at the same time. He and his staff are very personable. I moved to Vernon from Ontario a little over two years ago. I needed to find a new dentist, but I wasn't in a hurry since going to the dentist is not my favourite thing to do! However, Dr. Wessels and his team make a visit to the dentist as painless as possible! Over the last two years I've received excellent care with lots of humour thrown in for free. Dr. Wessels explains procedures fully and outlines options and related consequences clearly. He and his staff deal with my hang ups about sitting in the dentist chair, sympathetically and do all they can to make the experience as positive as possible. I've had routine cleaning, simple fillings as well as a crown done, and I have been completely satisfied with the care I've received. Would I recommend Dr. Gary Wessels?? Absolutely!

Recently had need for a chipped tooth to be repaired and Dr. Gary Wessels was able to fit me in on short notice and fix my tooth problem quickly. He did a great job. The staff at Dr. Wessel’s office are so incredibly lovely, exceptionally competent, and very clearly love to work with Dr. Wessels. It is a fabulous environment to be in while some not-so-nice things are happening to your teeth.
