After some terrible customer service from Visions Electronics I returned to Brian Reimer Audio for some very helpful advice. All the electronics I have purchased from them works perfectly and their staff is very helpful on all matters. They even help out with questions even related to Visions! I would call that above and beyond customer service! Thanks again for all the good advice, equipment and help over the years. You have all my business going forward.

I have purchased many Remote Starters/Alarms systems from Brian Reimer and the installations were always done perfectly. Also have bought some very high end stereo electronic components from them. They gave me good deals and prompt delivery. Highly recommend this place for your stereo and auto needs!!

I have not personally had an experience with Brian Reimer audio. However, I am totally blown away by how they treat their employees. This is truly a special place.The level of care, consideration and investment they making their employees it’s truly remarkable.This is something that is extremely rare in any business. It speaks volumes about the ownership and leadership team. It also speaks to the skill set and the value of the employees/technicians. (Keep up the great work Keith!)

Went in for a basic car audio upgrade. Just needed a new digital media receiver since old one was very out of date. Did it for almost 200 cheaper then other quotes I had. Did a good job and unit has been working perfectly. Would recommend anyone go there for reliable car install. Friendly staff - cheers to Colin.Just a heads up the car audio guys working there seem to be out by 5 or 6PM (even though rest of business open longer) so if you have questions specifically for them go or call during morning or afternoon. This was a few months ago so may have changed.Will consider buying some other tech here as needed. Nice to have a local place with good prices.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They stock a lot of the specialty wiring harnesses and adapters for installing aftermarket stereos. They were even able to source and order in a radio wiring harness for my 30 year old Mazda. The pricing was also better than I could find online. Thanks Brian Reimer!

10/10 experience will definitely be back for anything I need. I had my 1964 Ford Thunderbird in for new speakers , head unit, and 1 12” sub. I also supplied the speakers and head unit and there was no issue. Was done in 2 days I think and was talked to through the process of it all. Also brought my Jetta there to get a new fuse and fuse holder. Len and I did it in the parking lot in like 10 minutes. Customer experience was beyond great. Will always recommend them

Staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about. But they didn't have the item I needed and they didn't offer to get it for me. So I guess I'm buying from Amazon. Would rather buy locally, but not if they don't want my business.
