Sam came in and looked at the furnace did a complete maintenance on it. He did not skip any detail at all. I use Greenwood because I have si much confidence in their work and the people that do the work. They say you get what you pay for and I get the best customer service ever time.Thanks

Update. They came and “fixed” it and now a few weeks later here we are again with a broken unit. Something is very wrong now and the interior unit is frozen over. Avoid this company at all costs!*****Just spent $20K with them on all new heating/AC only to have it stop working yesterday. Called the emergency line, messaged them on the online chat and even directly texted the sales person who was happy to respond to us while he was selling it to us last month but silent last night. Thank goodness for All Star Heating and Air who actually did call us back and was able to troubleshoot a few things over the phone and get things working again. Sounds like it was a bad installation. We’ve used Greenwood for years now in multiple homes and even have a service contract with them. This is the first time we’ve had such a terrible experience with them. Very disappointed in what we experienced and to see that they have gone downhill so badly.

Joe and Riley showed up a few minutes early which was great, very respectful of our home and our time - as we work from home. Explained everything very clearly and thoroughly (for us non-electricians), were friendly and cleaned up everything to even better than when they arrived. Aaron the supervisor came by and took us through the steps they do for permitting. Can’t wait to move in to my new studio - with all the light! I definitely recommend this team at Greenwood for all your electrical needs!

Felix and his team did a great job with the install. They communicated the plan and designed of the install right away. They work cleanly, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency finishing the job within a day. The job was a little pricey, but the quality and professionalism was worth it.

Always had a great experience with Greenwood Heating and Air! Everyone from customer service to the technicians have always been great. Frej has been one of our favorite technician to come out for the maintenance. He is always friendly, professional and always explains how everything works and if we have any questions. Really appreciate the great folks from Greenwood. Can't say a bad thing about it. Would highly recommend and it has definitely been well worth the investment!

Greenwood replaced my 18 year old furnace and heat pump. Dylan, Jordan and Emilio were here all day and never took a break. They were punctual, efficient, totally professional and delightful. They fully explained everything they were doing and what I needed to be aware of. Just like the police advise call 911 if you have any concerns, they said to call Greenwood whenever I had a question or concern. I recommend Greenwood without reservation.

I’m not usually one to make public posts, but these guys really deserve all the recognition they can get. Tyler, Tyler 2, Joe and their apprentices came out for two days in the sun to install our heat pump units. There were meticulous, considerate as hell, and communicative. Not only were they technically proficient, they’re also great humans. They even made sure to work around my sons nap schedule. In areas where they could’ve made their job easier, they chose to work harder to keep the aesthetics as clean as possible. They gave me recommendations and different perspectives to consider, allowing me to make informed decisions. I really respected their expertise and the trust they earned over the few days they were with me. Thank you!

Greenwood has serviced our AC and Heating for 13+ years. We recently found out that they never cleaned the outside unit which has caused an excessive amount of dirt to build up. Our AC stopped working and the cost to get a unit is nearly 30K. Greenwood did not take care in our service, we paid in advance for over 13 years and now they have cost us our unit. I called to talk with management/the owners and no one has ever returned our calls. They gave us an estimate to replace the unit a couple of years ago and after the problem was discovered, they gave us another estimate that was over 5K more and this is all by their doing. Another reputable company has come to fix the unit until another one can be purchased. Greenwood advertises excessively on the TV for more work but they are short staffed and when they get a call, they leave your job for another one. I would never recommend this company and know they charge excessive rates, do poor work and so not care.

Erik and Marco and team were great! Very polite and professional, took time to explain everything, arrived early and worked very hard each day, and completed a full install with gas lines, new air intake, and inspections in just 4 days. Great, quality work too! I would highly recommend Greenwood Heating & Air.

We have used Greenwood Heating for several years for servicing the furnace in our older home in Fremont. Last year, we had them replace our furnace and our hot water tank as they offered a discount for having both done at the same time. The furnace replacement went like clockwork and was very professionally done. The hot water tank replacement was just the opposite. When the Greenwood team connected the new hot water tank, they surged high-pressure water through the old, metal pipes throughout our home loosening rust particles inside the pipes. The loosened rust pieces clogged the faucets, bends, and faucet cartridges in most of our plumbing system, reducing the hot water flow to a drip in our kitchen, basement, and one bathroom. The Greenwood team doing the work at our house then left and recommended we call a plumber (the team lead gave us the name of one) to fix the mess they had just caused.There was no follow-up by anyone from the Greenwood company, no help contacting a plumber for an urgent appointment, no call to apologize; we were left totally on our own to manage the repair work. We had a plumbing company come and gradually, over the next three weeks, their team repaired and replaced parts in our hot water pipes. All of this was done without any assistance from Greenwood. The work was finally completed and the city inspected both the hot water tank and furnace work, but the hot water tank install did not pass inspection. Greenwood was notified and it took them an additional 19 days to come and do the minor work to enable the hot water tank installation to pass.We had the plumbing company bill the repair work they did to Greenwood and Greenwood paid it. However, leaving us in the lurch for the nearly seven weeks that it took to have our hot water system restored to full functioning was shocking and unprofessional.
