TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have a very good experience while my appointment with Kawal Dhaliwal. She helps me to open my checking and saving account. She is very helpful and cheerful and I really like her company as well as she is very polite and guide us everything. I recommend her if any one want to make appointment.Thanku so much kawal mam.

Worst place to go.I deposited 2 simple straight ripped bills 20/50 with 2 piece of each, just to replace. The teller Kabir took and exchanged the bills. Following I got call from him that my $20 bill is missing one serial number. I questioned that there is only 2 same serial numbers and he clearly said there is another serial number. So they deducted money from my account and told me to pick up the bill. When I went to pick up that bill it was stapled on paper and was not in the same condition when I first handed to teller. It was badly ripped and off-course missing the second serial number.I told manager also that this was not damaged this way and there was simple 2 pieces, both having serial number. Kabir said that he put that in ziplock right way but I saw him holding bills in his hand even after exchange given to me. He said he didn’t damaged the bill, well if it was missing second serial number why the heck he even accepted. I don’t know how long he is working there, but definitely something wrong. Being a teller that is the first thing to notice on bill and he did notice. God knows what they did but they definitely messed up. It’s not a big amount but I’m definitely upset when u clearly know what I handed to him and both of them denied.Only 1 person on this location is getting good reviews rest they are having really low ratings.Wil never visit this place and now I learnt the lesson that double check with tellers Or get a picture what are you handing over.Or Simple’s use tape it and use it.

Miss kawal Dhaliwal attended very well . She explains all the plans and norms of banking facilities . She treats me like as a family member . I’m very satisfied for per guidance .Thanks MamRegards- Simran Sharma

Like they way TD treats their Customer. Especially wanted to Thanks Kawal for going of the way to help me with my banking needs, Kawal not only gave me an appointment on a short notice but also gave valuable advice. Really appreciate it!!

It’s 3:50 middle of the day and TD Delta branch has just 1 people working to help individuals and 2 for Small Businesses! The line is at least 10-15 people wrong! Please staff more people and don’t cut corners! You need at least 5 bank tellers working at all times! Poor customer service!

We have a great experience there with Kawal mam. She is very nice and so kind. She waits for us and open our new account. She guides us in a very detailed way that we can understand each policy and requirement and how to manage our account.
