The Standard by Bosa Properties
Good location. Horrible building. No ventilation in rooms whatsoever, only the tiniest slither of a window that barely lets air in, you can hear a pin drop in your next door neighbor's apartment as there is literally zero noise insulation. Pricey rent.

The worst service ever! Quoted $60 and 3 days for service. They kept my bike for 4 months. Paid $150 and bike fell apart after 2 days. Took my bike to Ride On Again. Reassembled while waited. I'll never go there again.

Don't be fooled by the location, this is a great building and even better management staff. I was at this building for a short 2 months and my favorite things were the amazing gym/amenities and how well I was treated by the staff. I 100% recommend this place to anybody new to Vancouver and even those who are visiting from other countries.The location is perfect, minutes away from shopping centers and also minutes away form the beach. Public transportation is all around and even great restaurants. You will not be disappointed. Major shoutout to the bosa family and granville staff for running such clean building.

Really nice and clean place. Close to everything in Downtown.Maybe not the cheapest, but really good price quality ratio for the insane prices of Vancouver.
