Worst E.I office I've ever been to. Constantly making mistakes behind the desks. Delaying even more, what is already a long process and wait for people to get their much needed benefits.No one is ever held accountable for their mistakes. No matter how many times someone needs to re-enter their office to have their mistakes corrected.

I had a very pleasant experience with my visit to Service Canada Centre at Prince George on 2 August 2018. I am a retired physician having worked at Prince George for the last 20 years, serving patients and dealing with lots of service industries including the local hospital. Today, my visit to Service Canada Centre at Prince George was one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. First reason: physically, Service Canada Centre at Prince George provides a very modern and comfortable environment. Second reason: the receptionist was very polite and reassuring. Especially the third reason: the Service Canada agent/representative (Stacy) who assisted in my case was extremely patient, knowledgable, efficient, kind, and pleasant. I would like to compliment her. It made my visit a totally awesome experience and made me proud to have paid my taxes to the federal government in the past and feel privileged to be a Canadian.

Absolutely useless. I went in seeking help with filling for maternity benefits. I was shown to a computer and told to file it myself. I could have done so at home, but I came in with questions and needed help. I got no extra help, And have just found out I filed wrong and my benefits have been cut off. They really need to work on putting the Service" back in service Canada"

This number is just very unhelpful when trying to assist people who are elderly and do not use the online process. Service Canada as a whole is very unhelpful. It's really sad, because there are a lot of people who are dependent on Service Canada for their pensions. Give us people we can speak with who will provide service please.

My experience was pleasant and was helped in a timely manner, however they were not able to help get any updates for my disability claim. They did make every effort to help however they are very restricted in the information they can retrieve which Is annoying! They where just as frustrated as I was.

What is the point of leaving a phone number for the office when no one answers

Does anybody know the actual phone number of the Prince George office? The 1-800 number takes me to some office that my smart phone shows as being in the USA.They don't know whats going on at the Prince George office so I can't contact them. So unhelpful.

So many negative reviews, perhaps it's just my opinion, but service Canada has been head and shoulders above service BC in terms of service time, quality of service, and not repeatedly losing all types of paperwork. Perhaps my expectations are just so low, but I have always found them to be quite courteous and helpful

I went there for help & direction on a matter a couple of months ago. I had no appointment so after a wait i was directed to an office. The worker was very nice, helpful & efficient. She even stayed over a bit to get it done as far as we could that day.
