We've re-hired Béton Montréal again recently to repair our garage levels in our building. They are very professional from the moment we receive a quote until well after the job is done. They are accomodating, they explain the repairs and offer good advice. With larger buildings, we do a lot of comparissons between companies and look for quality workmanship. We feel very confident using them, time and again.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company. I had a residential garage floor with cavities and cracks to repair. That Pierre brought such care and attention to a relatively minor job is impressive, considering that the bulk of his business consists of big industrial contracts. I am very pleased with the process, and with the results. Overall, a very positive experience.- When Pierre came by initially to provide a free estimate, he did not make me feel rushed. He took all the time necessary, and more, to do a thoughtful assessment, and to provide explanations that I found both clear and detailed. Upon request he willingly repeated or elaborated. (and the work he did later was consistent with what he had told me.)- The cost was, I think, fair and competitive.- Reaching him by phone or texto is easy, he's very responsive.- Punctuality is not quite 100%, but it's in the nineties.- He listened carefully to what I was saying, and understood me.- He readily acceded to a few reasonable extra demands and slight changes along the way.. he's very accommodating and flexible.- Pierre remains on site the whole time to both supervise his workers and to lend a hand with the more complex tasks.- Like a good surgeon with a human touch, he provides explanations prior to operating, and then regular updates at subsequent stages of the work. His readiness to communicate freely was appreciated.- Good cleanup after the job.Conclusion : While he was working I could see the effort he was making to get it done as perfectly as possible - exactly like an owner himself would do. His professional work ethic stood out. My impression is that he takes satisfaction and pride in a job well done, and that this is his focus rather than just raking in more cash.A note concerning Miracote : This is an excellent product and it may be applied by hand or by spraying. Anything done by hand is always artisanal in nature and will likely have small imperfections. Even a painting by Michelangelo.
