We drove by the new location in Williston on a whim and decided to check-it out. We have always been intimidated by the thought of purchasing a hot tub as we have never had one before but always wanted one. We were immediately greeted and everyone was so incredibly helpful. Nick was the salesperson that we worked with and we really appreciated all of his knowledge and walking us through so many questions. He was very hands-off and we never once felt pressured or had the feeling we were being sold to" which was a huge perk! We ultimately decided to purchase a hot tub. It took about 4-6 weeks from order to delivery but we were always kept informed. The delivery process was so smooth and the delivery crew was so incredibly kind and helpful! They were so knowledgeable and easy going. We would highly recommend Allen Pools & Spas to anyone thinking of purchasing a pool or spa. Thank you Nick and company!"

Just want to give a big shout out to Dave Berger in the Rutland store. Months ago I asked Dave about a hot tub and gave him some specific needs. Not only did he not forget me, he found me exactly what I wanted. He stayed in touch with me, and when he contacted me about a tub, I jumped without hesitation. Just a pleasure to deal with Dave in every way. Highly recommend.

We ordered our hot tub in 2021…of course like everything we had to wait a long time for it. We expected a year wait but it got here in 7 months!!! They were super easy to work with for scheduling delivery, they sent a group of 4 guys & it was up and running within an hour!!!! The tub is amazing and we couldn’t be more happy with our experience

Beautiful showroom with lots of nice looking hot tubs. Service response is terrible, however. Unresponsive to texts and phone messages. I initially went there asking for help with buying everything needed to set up a large, new dog dock diving pool for my kennel business. I heard nothing back. When I physically went there again to request service, they apologized profusely, scheduled a guy to come out to my place, so I felt maybe I could give them another chance. The guy stood me up! Then called hours later to apologize, came out to my site without me, and was supposed to make recommendations for me. Nothing. No follow up, no call, no recommendations. I had to guess my way through the purchase of my filtration equipment from big box stores instead and still have no idea how to set up or maintain my new pool. I had been hoping to have them specify, sell, install and service my pool equipment, then establish a maintenance contract with me for pool cleaning and water care. Apparently they are not interested in my business. Very disappointed

We bought our spa from Allen pools & spas several years ago and have had it serviced by them ever since. They have been just excellent - reliable, consistent and responsive all these years. It has been a completely trouble free experience. They really make the effort to keep the spa in good order, whatever the weather. They also service our Covana motorized spa cover. Highly recommend them.

We really can’t say enough positive things about the crew from Allen Pools and Spas. They were so professional, prompt, and really took the time to answer our questions about our new spa. As new hot tub owners, we obviously needed their expertise and they made plenty of time for us!Our new tub was set up quickly, and we are enjoying it, and knowing that if we have concerns or questions, all we need to do is reach out and get support from these folks. Very happy.

Allen has done a great job from start to finish on our new home hot tub. We visited the Mendon store, had no trouble picking the tub we wanted, and then immediately set up a home site visit, which proved extra helpful because we were putting the tub on a second-floor deck and we needed to make sure that the deck was strong enough and big enough to support it. Customer service--particularly steady communication--has been excellent throughout. No surprises on price, features or scheduling. The delivery crew worked quickly and professionally. Mary from the Mendon store has been super helpful in answering all our questions, and we've had a couple of good interactions with the Williston office team, too. This is our third hot tub purchase and unquestionably our best experience. The Hot Spring tub is great--plenty of room, powerful jets, and quiet--and all we need now is a few more starry nights.

We have bought a hot tub and sauna from Allen Pools & Spas. Their staff is excellent, always helpful and follow up. The products are high quality. So happy to recommend them and glad they’re in the neighborhood!!

bought a previously owned and refurbished tub with a warranty, had a few issues, and Allen has been great. Highly recommend.
