Minor Emergency Clinic

This clinic is the définition of a dumpster fire . Called the other day told me to come in when they open that they don't take apointments. Showed up with many individuels. In line and was told to wear as mask as its mandatory. They don't provide them for people who come in which is ridiculous. As it's à requirement of their location . I ended up going and buying masks to give up to 8 differnt people . I also witnessed two staff members enter the premises without wearing masks . They are also extremely un organized and under staff. Was given a number by the lady at the desk which she claimed is no point they call by name . So waited over 2 hours to get in .This place is horrible for service to people who need to see à doctor . The mask mandatés have been over for a very very long time now . And yet they force ppl to wear one here and can't even provide one for people who enter . Not to mention have staff members not follow this policy . Negative -1000 stars. Will be sending à complaint in to SHA regarding how poorly this place is being operated .

Doctors Pilot and Boffoya not professional, all the time tell to my wife or me when me go in ( if will be worse go to the hospital) and give wrong medical, tham medical just not work. Dr. Pilot send everyone to blood work after caple days anyway no body call. Don't go anymore this clinic poor doctors.

Staff were friendly and professional. The wait time of approximately 1 hours was quite accurate and the doctor was very thorough. The facility was nice and clean as well! Thank you for your service.

The staff care. Yes it may take time to see the Doctor. And the Doctor i saw was a wonderful person and filled out my form so I could fly on Air Canada. Went back to see results on work. The last 2 doctors I saw very rude towards me. Won't go back if my life depended on it due to the last 2 doctors. When you have doctors like this no wonder the health care is going down hill. Also this doctor wanted me to take meds and i said no as this is the 4th time both of them have been recalled. Well he was mad at me that i knew and started to yell at me and was rude. And for the nerve pain he told me deal with it. As i had my 4th round of shingles. Also my feet are swollen and hurt but last 2 doctors don't care. If something should happen the doctors should be arrested for not doing something.

I got in and out of there in half-hour, my hat is off for the doctor, it used to be alot longer, it is the only walk in clinic, around sastatoon

Yesterday I brought my brother in for a sprained ankle. The doctor prescribed him a walking boot and said he needs to rest for two weeks. When I went to pick up the prescription from my pharmacy, nothing had been sent over. This isn't the first time they failed to send over a prescription, and now we have to wait for my brother to get his walking boot in order for him to manage walking around while having a severely sprained ankle. Hope they do better in the future.

Didn't cooperate with a patient suffering from a lot of pain. I went to this clinic 30 minutes before they were closing because it was the only mediclinic in the city which was open till 7pm on Sunday!!! I asked only to have a look at my wrist which was hurting a lot, but they refused to do so. Their were 3 doctors and 2 patients waiting and they couldn't accept me. That's ridiculous!

So I called a few hours ago because I'm having respiratory issues my lungs are making weird sounds and my chest is feeling tight. I left a message on the answering machine with my health card number and my phone number asking about wait times and no one ever called. this is a poor excuse for a medical clinic.
