Bought a few pairs of glasses from here. Yvonne is the one who helped me and my wife. She is extremely nice and gave good recommendation and discount. She would let us know all the promotion for certain type of lenses so I did end up getting 2 pairs of glasses which I am very happy with. Highly recommended store.

This place was excellent. I came here to tighten my glasses which had become a bit loose and also get a professional cleaning of the lenses. A very kind gentleman called Peter helped me and got it all done within no time. He even refused to accept any money for this quick turnaround despite insisting. Five stars for this wonderful place!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop is very dishonest.They tell you there is Buy 1 Get 1 Free" promotion on glasses (including lens) and sunglasses

Excellent service! I came in for an eye exam and prescription glasses; staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I like how they do not rush you, or make you feel pressured to decide right away. I took my time to choose the frame that works for me. Dr King did my eye check up, she’s very nice, thorough and professional. Lawrence is excellent as he walked me through the whole procedure of my appointment. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Keep up the great service!

Service was excellent. I bought my glasses there for their own house brand and it has a 1 year warranty. Had my pair replaced with another frame and the process was quick.Would recommend.

Both Peter and Yvonne have been friendly and professional during our visit there today for my wife's glasses.Peter and his assistant were very patient and helped her in providing great options of glasses suitable for her. Once my wife made her decision, he was also meticulous and detailed in each of the steps to ensure the new glasses would fit her perfectly.Yvonne also stood out for being kind and personable. Her customer service is one of the most top notch in Richmond and made us very comfortable there.To summarize, we had an exceptional experience there. And we would definitely highly recommend this place!

I had an eye exam and also purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses at this optical store..Yvonne and Ray are very professional. They both have great knowledge of glasses and contact lens. They are extremely helpful and friendly..I have monovision which make it difficult to adjust the prescription for contact lens. Ray did a good job in helping me get a good fit and very patient on my questions. He also helped me on the adjustment of my glasses..Yvonne is very welcoming and I feel like I am chatting with a friend when I am at the store. I do not feel pressured on purchasing. She is very helpful in helping me to get the right glasses frame. They carried various frames and they are all very stylist..Dr. Shen did the eye exam for me. He is very patient and thorough. As I mentioned above, with my monovision which are not easy for the examination. Dr. Shen will ask me to come for follow up exam to ensure my presentation is correct. The exam equipments are up-to-date..Overall, the store is clean, neat. It is not a big store but has everything I need. They also gave me a good deal on my purchase. I highly recommend this store for eye glasses and eye exam.
