What a great experience we have had so far with AMJ. Chuck and his team have gone over and above getting our furniture to our home. Our driveway is not for the faint of heart but Chuck doesn't hesitate and is able to get our furniture in its new home. Not everyone would go to these lengths. Love these guys.

I had cole and Jacob delivered a 4 piece couch and they were so professional. Thank you very much for the hard work and the amazing attention to detail. With their Tetris high-level skills they were able to fit the couch down back up around over uneven between multiple objects corners railings and doorways you would think they were Greek gods the way they were carrying these couches. Would love to say thank you to EMJ for providing us such confident and competent workers.

Mover called the morning before the move to tell us they would be unable to come until the following morning. What were we supposed to do! They offered no help or offer to solve the problem.Ultimately they came 24 hours later and their service and care was incredible on both ends.Just be aware and plan your moving and closing dates with some leeway. Apparently movers being delayed is currently a common problem

Established dates of pick up and delivery ahead of time. Picked up on time. Loaded (not a big move) in 3 hours. Ensured we did a walk through to make sure nothing was left behind. Driver who picked up finalized the delivery date. Truck arrived at new location on time. Driver (not the same as pick up) began unloading and worked like a beaver getting things located even though up a flight of stairs. Two local guys arrived to help him after about 2 hours. Big contrast in their work effort compared with the driver. Driver worked at least 2X as hard as the local lads. Completed unloading in about 4 hours. Driver ensured we did a walk through to make sure everything was where we wanted it and that there was no obvious damage on items we did not pack. Definitely the smoothest move I have ever had.

worst customer service ever. went in yesterday to pick up a package and went into the office noone at the front desk to help called out but still no answer and i could here them chit chatting in the back.

We ordered a new bed from Costco and they used AMJ Home Delivery for the delivery. I have to give a huge shout-out and THANK YOU to Lynette. (not sure which office she works in) but I had an inquiry into a preset delivery date and time. It was originally pre-scheduled for next week (Tuesday) and we needed the bed before the weekend as we have company coming into town and we had already moved the old bed to the basement and had the new frame set up and ready for the new one. She said she couldn't promise anything, but would call the Kelowna office and see what she could do to get our delivery date changed from next week to this week.Lynette worked some magic and our bed was delivered this morning (Thursday). Driver Cole and his helper (sorry, I didn't get his name) were great! Friendly, courteous, very efficient and careful at getting the new bed into the house, unwrapped and placed. When they were all done, they took the plastic from the box springs and mattress and stopped to give friendly pets to our 3 legged fur-baby.Again, thank you to Lynette and the Delivery Team. Outstanding service!

We were very pleased with AMJ West Kelowna. From the onset we noted experienced personnel to guide us with appropriate planning. Midway, we received complete and viable techniques on packing efficiently. We also utilized AMJ packing services and boy oh boy, were we impressed. That team knows how to pack well in a very expedient manner. The loading team was also very experienced and very well organized. The office staff continuously made sure that all of our needs were met. Dealt with Mathieu in Ottawa who steered the mighty ship mighty fine for our voyage across Canada from Orleans, Ontario to Vernon, British Columbia.. Special thanks to the packing crew, a family of four, and the great teamwork of Tim, Nick, and Spencer. we thought this was their top A-team, having gelled for several weeks; absolutely not the case, but they certainly appeared to be a well-oiled machine of muscle, methodology, and motivation. We highly recommend AMJ Campbell. Do as they say: They know what they're doing.

From start to finish, friendly professional service. The two gentlemen who delivered our goods were the best. Steep driveway did not allow trailer to park near our house (100' driveway) so they had to make multiple trips up and down with no complaints and great attitudes. Would recommend to anyone.
