Hubby (walk in) ordered a pizza and was not given a sticker as he was told that management said they weren't doing the sticker thing any more. This would have been the tenth sticker collected with this pizza, meaning that after 10 stickers the next pizza is free. This was dropped with no notice with a 'we're not doing that anymore' despite the already collected nine stickers. I did give one star as the pizza is good (but not the gluten one) and you have to give at least one star to give a review here. The taste of a good pizza turns rancid with business practices like that.

Great pizza - if you always complaint about quantity of toppings, this place is for you. I ordered a medium 4 toppings pizza and it was loaded with toppings. Delicious in taste, I couldn’t find a reason to complaint from food to their restaurant staff.

I'm so happy the pepperoni explosion is a permanent menu item! They do not cheap out on toppings here. Cheese is savoury and pepperonis are so flavourful.Also ordered the strawberry cinni-minis. A really tasty sweet treat that is a perfect dessert post-pizza. Inside is clean, service was quick and friendly. A slightly more expensive pizza place, but worth the extra dollars for the jump in taste and quality.

Quality of the food has gone down significantly since 2020 when I first had the pizza. I was also told that the delivery drivers do not get their tips from Uber Eats, that's messed up and unethical. I thought my tip was going to the generous driver who dropped off my pizza, however the restaurant takes it for themselves and you have to tip the driver separately. Horrible thing to hear.

Just ordered two medium deluxe pizza’s for pick up. Took them over 25 mins to make. Pizza was way undercooked. Will not be going back ever.

As someone who recently moved to Guelph and wanted to find good food options nearby, this Topper’s location has come through as a favourite. I’ve always been a big fan of the doughy and hearty pizzas that Topper’s creates, and this location stays right on the money in that regard. I’ve been here a couple times so far and I’m sure I’ll be there many more.The first time I went was with a friend of mine who paid for the pizzas and when we showed up to pick them up 20 mins later the woman working the counter gave her a partial refund because she realized after we left that we were accidentally overcharged… not only does this Topper’s location make great pizza, they’re honest too.Can’t wait for my next order!
