Edited Review:Firstly I am changing this review from 1 Star back to Three Star. After ordering more things from Amazon, I began to receive my packages on the correct arrival date that they were set for. However If you're looking to get something change package wise, DO NOT RELY ON CHAT SUPPORT OR LIVE AGENTS. They are rude and completely unhelpful. I had a agent change my package from delivery to pickup and upon arriving it was set for pickup, not even 15 minutes before arriving I was told at this location it had been sent out for delivery.Be extremely careful when speaking to Live Chat or Web Chat.Yours TrulyTyler.

I live in a rural community, they are always happy to redeliver if I have missed them instead of us going out of our way. Drivers are quite friendly as well!

Very bad service in Sarnia.They won't call the person and just leave the note on the door.Wouldnt recommend.

They walked up to my door today, put a sticker on the door saying they attempted delivery, walked away, drove off. No knocking, no nothing. I didn't think anything of it as I had assumed they just dropped the package off without knocking. When they pulled away I just found the sticker.

Missed the delivery the first time, I was having difficulty finding time to pick up my package from the distribution centre. Purolator called me and brought my package back out to my house! Great service, sadly I missed them again. I went to pick it up at Purolator and was met with quick and efficient service...with a smile! Thank you Purolator, my college acceptance package was important and you made sure it mattered to you too.

They will attempt delivery once, then hold the parcel at this location, fine!. But the hours are very bad for anyone that works. 9 to 5 is the only time you can get a parcel, meanwhile, they have staff working around the building and in the back. I sat out front of the building writting this review while 3 employees walked by me, I could also hear them talking. But I couldn't get my parcel. Stay open a little longer like everyone else.

I live 2 blocks from a Purolator store and when I miss the package then take it to a pick up store12 blocks away.Why wouldn't they take to my closest location.

I have never had a Purlator delivery since I have lived in Sarnia come 6 years in August 2022. I ordered something and I did not know they were shipping it Pulator. 1. I work! 2. I am not home to get any delivery as a matter of fact. I came home from work on Monday, April 11th, 2022 and saw I have a Purolator notice via email. I went onto Pulator website and I was drawn to the reviews and there are so many negative reviews. I said to myself, I am not going to go by these reviews I am going to see what my experience is going to be." I called the 1-800 number
