Felix was superb with customer service including being very detailed in his inspection and listening to our concerns. We had an unfortunate cockroach situation and he determined exactly where they came from and advised us on the fastest way to make sure they all get exterminated - it worked! We also have carpenter ants each spring and he is amazing at getting to the root of where they enter the house. We were bug free not too long after his services and continue to enjoy our home!

We had carpenter ant issue at our house a month ago. There were even a significant number of swarmers (ants with wings). Came across to Pestline and Felix responded to our request in timely manner. In addition to getting the job done professionally, Felix also explained to us the detailed process, the products used, types of ants identified on our property and how we should maintain our property to reduce ant population within proximity.
