Katie is great at what she does. I’ve had acupuncture before but this was my first time here. Her space is cozy, calming, and she is interested in creating the best experience for the client.

Our 7 year old daughter loved her first appointment today with Katie. I’m not going to lie….my daughter had 20+ questions before our appointment but as soon as we walked into the building the tranquil smell and calming aesthetic made it easy . Katie was AMAZING and had our daughter relaxed and giggling right away!Thank you Katie for the tools and coaching today . Because of you I might get mother of the year trophy this year ! Hahaha

The best Acupuncturist in Lethbridge. Katie is the best I've been to. After spinal surgery and a very long rehab, I started go to her for pain reduction treatments. Within a few sessions the difference in reducing my pain and mobility was like night and day. She really gets to the root of the issue and is always listening. I highly recommend her!

I went to see Katie to fix a 10+ year old shoulder injury in my left deltoid that I couldn’t seem to shake. It gave me pain when I swam and when I was in the tri position on a TT bike. I had chosen to race a half and full Ironman this year and had previously used massage and Physio to treat the shoulder with limited success. I had never tried acupuncture before but was referred to Katie by my sister who is a regular client. I started going early May and within 2-3 treatments I was seeing a marked improvement in that shoulder. I just raced Ironman this past Sunday and I am happy to say she made it pain free in that shoulder, and I am so pleased with that result. She is an excellent acupuncturist, she listens to what you tell her about your injury and translates that to her treatment in a way that is very effective and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to heal a sports injury.
