Went here for a specific insurance and was told that I’d get the information from the insurance broker by Tuesday. Heard nothing so I reached out a week after Tuesday, again no response. I reach out again two weeks after that Tuesday and left an email and voice mail. Finally got word back two days later from the insurance agent with excuses on why he didn’t reach out and he was trying to quote me double of what two other banks were offering. I ended up just going through Scotiabank for better customer service and annual cost.

Craig is a moron. Went in to simply switch insurance from one vehicle to another. He cancels my insurance wich charged me a cancelation fee. And then has to start a whole new policy that's way more than I was previously paying for the vehicle. I usually go to superstore insurance and they have done this for me multiple times in past at no cost just changes my payment plan.... going to hub international has cost me way more money and cost me about an hour and a half of time cause he doesn't know how to do his job. Superstore would have completed this SIMPLE task in 15 mins. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this insurance place.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Hub for the professional and friendly service that Brandy provided to me today. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Sure could use people like that in every office in Prince George, makes for a pleasant afternoon doing paperwork. Thank you Brandy, you changed my whole day around.
