Terrible Pharmacy. Waited 2 hours for a prescription because of a mistake. This is not my pharmacy. I got rid of Jean Coutu years ago. Also no toilet?

Slow pharmacy, took more than 30 min+ just to get some drops. There wasn't much of a lineup, maybe 2-3 ppl. Worse is, I have seen pharmacy with less people do a faster job. I saw 11 staffs one day. I have seen a pharmacy with 4-5 doing it faster.

The worst drugstore. I was with them for more two years because. They are close to my home . But so difficult to communicate . If five people answer your phone five different answers. And the sent me not complete drugs always missing some .. and it repeated for months. I can't not take any more. Definitely I stop with them

My daughter has perscription at this pharmacy and it has to be prepared as a liquid. We always call at least 2 days in advance.So far, the meds have never been ready on time, I'm always told to come back later or tomorrow.So twice a month in told that it taken at least an hour to mix a solute and liquid solution, and usually there isn't even an apology for being late.

First, Post office closing schedule doesn't not match to the parcel pick-up notice. ( Closing time on the notice card is 21:00 and post office close at 19:30) and the post office staff was rude when I asked.Second, they refused to provide the photo service, the excuse they give me is they only have two cashier at that time.

It is one of the Jean Coutu Coutu is the cleanest. The products were well placed and there were always people in the rows if you needed help. Also, I greatly appreciated the service of an employee she helped me enormously and was very attentive. It's rare to see employees like her. Also there is a Canada post there.
