I had a terrible experience. The team came to our house in March instead of January as they were beyond their time schedule. They did their work and installed poor quality material. They need to reinstall jetspray on toilet seat but they broke one part and didn't inform us. Now our JETSPRAY doesn't work properly. Craig who is contractor, Enrique who is owner and Guy who is salesman, Steve who is plumber. All doesn't care about a customer like us who paid them almost $16,000 for bathroom renovation. I keep calling to craig everyday but he either talks to me rude way or dont answer call.One of the worst renovation company
