Thank you so much Marco for fixing my furnace. Our heating was down and wouldn't turn on, marco was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help with their heating or ac.

I found Air Temp HVAC online and contacted him on a Thursday to address the issue with my ac unit. He said we will be there at 7pm. I asked how much is the service to confirm as he advertise it online and he said $100. He calls me back and said I’m sending one of my techs to you to repair it. A tech guy showed up with a van with different business name (ZK mechanical..) He made the introductory and seemed as he a professional (my name is Marko what seems to be the problem?) Poor English language communication*I have watched the guy and stayed with him to see the quality of work as he is trying to performing the diagnostic. He tried many different techniques it seemed that he isn’t knowledgeable. He phoned the AIRTEMP HVAC Razwan to confirm how to bypass the thermostat by using the jumpers. Being a landlord for 23 years , I knew then that he isn’t knowledgeable. He burnt out 3 different fuses and kept asking me to replace them for him which luckily I had bought a pack of them. He said you have to replace the AC, he suggested that he has to leave and I should change the thermostat myself because it is not part of the quote. He asked me for $200 service cal charge since he diagnosed two units and couldn’t find the problem. It started to get dark, btw his wife was waiting for him in the van.Next day, I have contacted him and contacted the AIRTEMP HVAC guy to address the issue and see when they’ll be coming back. Both said they will come in the evening around 7 only ZK mechanical (Marko) showed up and he tried many different ways to repair and didn’t succeed. I asked him for my money back he refused at first and made so many excuses, this what he stated (I come from Mississauga, I spent gas, this van cost so much gas, you know, listen, he shouted and tried to intimidate me, at that moment I knew how to put him in his place by showing him that he can’t intimidate and customer was satisfied with his services, I have reasoning with him… my tenant came and tried to defuse the situation, finally Marko admit that he can’t fix it and Razwan is capable of fixing and he will send him the next day to repair it.No customer should experience that and loose $200I couldn’t find it in my heart to take back the $200 after I have lectured him about his poor work ethics and services, I left the other $100 with him.Never use any of these guys.They lie about their experience and they aren’t reliable.I had my tenants fans and called another tech company (Mak refrigeration and HVAC).

Marco is a great guy and helped me with my A/C repair. He even gave me tips on how to take care of my AC. Definitely recommended!
