The hot chocolate beverage from this location has been a disaster every time since past 5-7 months. Every time I order in the hope that they might have fixed the issue and I might get a better beverage but I'm disappointed each time. Its consistently watery without any cocoa flavour and not up to the TH standards. I complained a couple of times but each time they simply replace my drink with a new drink from the same machine which is exactly why I asked to replace at the first place. I'm sick and tired of it but don't have other options around the city because this one's open 24/7. Please fix your machine or fix your process. Consider adding manually a couple of spoons of cocoa powder to the beverage so it at least tastes like the real thing. . Frustrated neighbour.

Usual Tim's. The soups need improvement. The bacon needs improvement. The Bagels are great. The earl grey tea with cream and sugar smells like a bowl of froot loops.

This is an older Tims, yet doesn't feel as such since it has kept itself up to date as the brand image has evolved over time. They are ideally placed for anyone entering or leaving the downtown area to grab some coffee.

Asked for a Ice coffee without no cream, no sugar and no ice. This is what i get! Half cup of coffee mentioning that they have to maintain the line if customer ask for no ice. I mean i asked for no sugar no cream as well so, should i get discount for not getting that? Then why should i get a discount in quantity if asked for no ice.Just Ridiculous, such a bad business practice by the manager or owner.Never going back to this location. To all who go to this location please ask for lots of ice otherwise they are gonna give you nothing much then air.

The must have problems with thefts, as it's the first Tim's I've been to where the swag for sale is kept behind the counter. Service was numb - no smile, personality, hi, thank you or anything welcoming. Very little food in the display. Probably one of the worst Tim's I've been to.

Attempted to use the app, which has previously illegally stored location data without consent. Besides, it's buggy and frequently dysfunctional issues, it's clear that Tim Hortons is being milked for all. It's canadiana is worth by people who have no interest in maintaining a quality brand.My cream cheese with garlic bagel tasted all right though. Cost about $4 bucks.
