No Stars, be very careful of SysGen contracts. Even if you have a weekly SLA they get a month to fix any problems you bring to them. They don't care if they do the work that is paid for or not because they get that month to fix it. They don't care if they do a good job its all about the money and the contract. Nothing else.

I've dealt with Chris for well over a year. Fantastic. Every question answered, every issue solved. A couple times he didn't know the answer and hours later he knew exactly what to do. Incredible experience. I even have our partner companies contracting them now. Excellent.
