One of the best customer services and the owner him self went above and beyond to help me.Price is extremely reasonable and is cheaper then all other places.Highly recommended and customer for life.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Makes you feel like you, the customer, need him not the other way around. A type of service that would be justified if you don't have to pay for anything which is not the case. Fairly overpriced compared to other photographers which makes me question why I went there in the first place. Photo was of decent quality but the terrible treatment was too much. If you don't care about how as customer you are being treated, as for my experience, then there is no problem.

Very well experienced in the field. Knowledge about passport requirements is very helpful. He has been in the business for many many years.I am surprised at the other reviews, don't agree with them at all!! The owner prides himself with good customer service. He's a small business owner. He's the owner, employee, accountant everything. He does it all by himself. Literally one of a kind in Windsor... Maybe even all of Ontario. It's nice to know that my kids will get their passport pictures done from the same person who did mine when I was kid. Keep small businesses alive. Everyone needs support.

We have been customer for last 20 years.He is humble, upright and very professional .we had all our photography and framing done to our complete satisfaction.His prices are reasonable and we always had a very satisfying experience.I would highly recommend this business to community.

Mr. Ali Choudary is the only photographer I've seen working in this shop for the last 2 year.He was very rude and humiliated me in front of 4 other customers when I pointed that the photo was not cut properly. Checkout other reviewers' reviews and you'll know that he's known to be doing this.I've been here 3-4 times before and never had I faced that issue and always thought that this was a good place to get the photos. However, this time when I was not satisfied, he was very rude when I pointed out the problem.A customer has the right to express his/her concern if he/she is not satisfied with the result, especially when it's required for immigration purposes.Lost a customer and his respect, for good. Will visitStaples/Costco/McLaren Photos (much cheaper)for my photo needs or any other place but will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO THIS PERSON's shop who doesn't have the word polite in his dictionary and can't keep his temper in control.
