Hostel International Ottawa Jail. Is certainly an experience. Staying in a solitary confinement cell is not for the faint of heart.

This is a nice area to visit for a quick walk around as it's in the byward market area, close to Parliament and main attractions in downtown.There's a restaurant and couple other businesses around but the rustic, brick look with the large, historical trees and green grass is a nice place for some down time or to eat outdoors

5 star for being a cool place, great summer patio, great food, but kind of bad service. Very apologetic, but there was too much going on to keep track of our table, but over all it was a really nice place.
