I am editing/updating my review due to the horrible experience we and many other customers had this evening.We ordered a chicken sandwich with no sauce, it came with sauce. We were told 7 minutes for the new one, 15 minutes went by THEN were told that there was no lettuce or pickles left so the burger was now plain. Absolutely no effort was made to compensate for the mess up, we should have at least been given our money back for the sandwich meal, but no, nothing.There was old cutlery and napkins on the floor and food remnants still on the tables.The women's washroom said it was closed but we watched as numerous employees entered and used that washroom.Every customer that was served tonight waited a minimum of 30 minutes for their meals. Even the people coming from the drive-thru were filing in and having their orders corrected.This store needs to be closed and/or managed by someone else who doesn't only hire family members. It's not following the KFC chain's standard/code of practice.

Loser place can't even open doors before noon........coupons expire morning of the specified date.....not at the end of the business day like any real business...... debit machines would not work at noon so 5 vehicles in the drive thru were not able to get food after church ........if I could give 1/4 star that would still be too much!

It was freezing cold in the building when we got rhere Hut the Mgr adjusted the temperature when we asked which was very nice of him. The chicken sandwich was excellent. The chicken itself was very greasy and lacked flavor. The gravy was runny and also lacked flavor. It's been this way for the last few visits. There's a few other places in Steinbach to get chicken so I think we'll go somewhere else for our next meal out.

The best spot to meet up with friends and family, with excellent food and service and easy parking. We purchased 32 pieces of the extremely delicious and well-prepared chicken fries. Special mention should go to a member of staff there by the name of Srinath, who was incredibly cordial and friendly.Thankyou Kfc steinbach

I give this establishment a 2 star review because I went in with a coupon for a mega box of popcorn chicken and fries for $4 and they gave me a medium fries and a 12 piece popcorn chicken in a mega box and said this was theyre mega size. Either there was miscommunication or they were skimping on the popcorn chicken but Im less then pleased to have paid so much for my meal to get 12 pieces of chicken. Quite outrageous.

What a great location very clean lots of parking lots of places to sit to eat inside very well staffed lots of good people working here I have to give it definitely a five star rating,, The food was fresh and extremely good I like the prices and all the discounts they have at this location with the coupons and the specials will come here time and time again they make you feel like family

I ordered a 2 piece meal and asked for a piece of white meat instead of having both brown. When I got home and opened the bag they had given me a WING for white meat! May as well have just asked for bones. Very disappointing. I think I had to pay extra for the “white” meat. What a rip off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I come to this particular KFC l, there is always an issue. One time it was a 45 minute wait for a 9 piece bucket chicken meal, meanwhile there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I thought this was supposed to be a fast food restaurant? Second time, same order but they only had dark meat. No white meat at all. Oh, and there was still a wait with only myself in the drive through. How this place runs is beyond me. Will not try to go back there again.

We ordered the boneless bucket as well as a poutine a few weeks ago and it was great. Got what we paid for. Now we got the same order tonight and it was horrible the bucket was under half full, and everything was cold and the chicken bites were soggy, my poutine was absolutely DISGUSTING, it had more gravy then fries basically a soup it was so mushy. And to add to my frustration the guy that apparently made our order, said that when they cook the chicken and box it it shrinks.....well tell me this how did it shrink to ight but few weeks ago it was a full box!! They said the most they could do is have us order a new order of it and pay of course and open the box infront of them! w WE WILL NOT BE spending any more of our money at the steinbach kfc. Disgusting food.definately not worth what we paid!

Order a bucket of chicken and had only thighs and legs. Chicken looked like it was double cooked. I tried calling and no one answers the phone there. Won’t be back!! Good luck staying in business, it won’t last long. Read the reviews they’re all like this. Don’t waste money here.
