I checked their website and it said the wrong prices, I get there and they wanted to charge me 15$ more saying the prices on the website aren’t accurate?? I literally left.You can’t do that such false advertisement and they didn’t even try and keep meFalse advertisement this is not legal doesn’t matter everyone else’s prices. 85$ for gel Isane when you have 60 on your websiteI went to Ike perrot, and they charged me 55

I walked in and there's already way too many people and not enough workers. I took an appointment and I see they have absolutely no intention of honoring that. I have my own natural nails and they didn't ask me what I wanted,they told me I would have to get new tips. I'm not gonna cut off my real nails because you guys are overbooked and it's easier. Ladies, save your money and find another place.In reply to your response: if you are already over booked, why in the 10 minutes that I was there did you take 2 more walk-ins? That was the reason I left

I went in for acrylic nail removal, asked the lady to not cut my natural nail. she then told me that since they were short it didn’t matter. Then proceeded to cut my natural nails now they are all uneven and there is still acrylic on some of my nail. They definitely need to fix it up too and deep clean

Me and my bf made last minute appointment and they answered very quickly. I did shellac on my nails and they turned out very well. My bf did manicure and pedicure and he really liked it as well. I will recommend and I will go back.

DO NOT GO HERE - extremely unprofessional, double book and make you wait, don’t tell you it’s cash-only, hardly have any colors for SNS (dipping powder).I booked an appointment for 530pm for SNS (dipping powder). I told them I had SNS nails from another salon and had to get it removed first, which they said was not a problem. I was staying at my parents place 25 minutes away.When I arrived, they were busy with two customers and yelled at me to pick a color. 15 minutes later, I look around and realize they don’t seem to have a terminal for payment by card and notice a sketchy ATM machine. I ask them if it’s cash only, they say they have machine and insist it’s not a problem, I ask them what kind, they admit ATM. I walk over to the bank to get cash, it’s now 6pm and they are wrapping up the two clients that were there. They ask me again what color (I had already picked and told them, another client was now looking through the colors). They bring nail polish, I remind them I’m looking for SNS dipping powder. They tell me they hardly have any colors for SNS - I look through them and they were in fact disappointing, none for which I’d want to pay $50++ for a manicure. I ask them then to just remove the nails I have - they said ok but it will $20 because you have acrylic. I rectify and say I have SNS and I can just stick my fingers into acetone to remove it, they still refuse and say $20. I ended up walking out and telling them it was a very disappointing experience. Complete waste of my time!

They don’t put enough water in the tub, so it got cold fast. No bubbles. No blue stuff in the water. They don’t clean around your toe nails, they just roughly take off the nail polish you had on before. The lady cut my toe nails so short and bad it looked like I chewed off my toe nails. They look horrible. This was an impulse decision bc I was in the area. Never again.

Normaly I loveee m’y nails i went this morning and there was someone new I asked to but shorten my nails and she took 3 inches off and the paint job was terrible I’m home now and redoing my nails I have an event and I won’t go out with them waste of 55$

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They do not understand what you want and give you what they like instead. My mom wanted a small flower on her toe and she gave her white nail polish instead and told her they can’t do it because they already started putting white nail polish instead. My mother and I have been there 3 times and we have not liked our experiences. The quality of the products are cheap.

VERY BAD customer service and nails.When asked to do a certain design, it was done POORLY and SLOPPILY (the lines were all over the place, or wouldn’t connect where they should, making the design UNCLEAR, BIZARRE and CHEAP LOOKING). When it was clear that they couldn’t do the simple design that was asked (sparkled shaped design, kind of like a diamond, but the lady painted a cross???), we asked to change to something easier for them, but the lady lashed out and refused to do our nails. Keep in mind that it was on a single nail, easily removable with nail polish remover.Furthermore, they would be talking loudly on the phone the entire time, barely interacting with customers and making the overall experience UNPLEASANT instead of relaxing.
