Advertising pamphlets were left at my home twice despite clearly posted No soliciting" and "No junk mail" signs. I will not do business with this company or recommend them to others due to this irritating business practice."

Dealing with Niraj Singhal regarding a recent rental unit he was representing was extremely disappointing. The listing was written as shown in the photo and upon dealing with the agent only through text (very odd considering I had called and emailed, never texted), I stayed in the city an extra 2.5 hours for an appointment the following day to view the apartment. Upon arriving the agent was very cold and completely unfriendly knowing that it would not take much effort on his part to rent this unit. After agreeing to take the apartments and starting to hash out the details, upon confirming the pet situation all of a sudden the unit was not pet friendly"

I work here and the staff, ownership group and other agents are well trained and very knowledgable.

This agency and its agents engage in aggressive and predatory marketing practices. I continue to receive solicitations from them asking if they can sell my home. I want to live in peace in my home without predatory realtors harassing me. I have a notice on my home saying no advertisements, no solicitation, and no spam mail, and yet they still come and try to get business from me, and they still leave their junk mail at my home. I would never do business with a company that can't respect people's homes.

On Nov1, this Realty had an agent show my house to a prospective buyer.Although the agent was not to touch anything in the house, they closed 7 separate doors inside the house after going through the rooms.Subsequently, they opened the dining door and did not lock it, Next they left the house and did not bother to lock the front door. In short, they used the lock key box to enter my house and then left the front door and a back door unlocked so anyone else could enter while we were gone.I called the officer manager this morning for an explanation, but he could not be bothered to call me back even though his assistant indicated a few minutes ago she had forwarded him my message.

I've been with this office for over 10 years and could not be happier! I love my colleagues, our outstanding admin, and our wonderful owners! There's simply no other place that measures up to what CBFO can offer both new and experienced Realtors.
