I am currently trying to set up our brand on amazon and this firm is withholding client information because I refused to pay their hidden fees after paying over $700 for their trademark process when in reality doing a trademark yourself cost no more than $200. When I started my company I was in my last year of my undergrad, no more than 24m I see this alot with established law firms taking advtage of starts ups who don't know better. I do not recommend using their services as it will cost you an arm and a leg and they will still try and get you to cough up more money. Unacceptable. awe need to protect small businesses not destroy them.
