Clean, friendly staff. I have seen that Blackened Chicken sandwich commercials on TV and finally made the effort to try it out. I ordered spicy and was not disappointed. I did feel the price was a little high at just under $10 for a takeout sandwich. But these are crazy times.

This place used to be good. Their service is declining by each visit and now I decided to stop coming here. They always forget stuff either sauce, side dish or part of your order and to make it worth yesterday part of the order wasn’t fully cooked! Yeah that’s right their tenders were pink and not fully cooked. I didn’t bother to go I just threw it and of course they forgot the sauce!

This was my go to popeyes because they are usually busy and so the chicken is guaranteed to be fresh. After having bad experiences at other popeyes location, I generally avoided the chain altogether. Tonight I ordered the 4 peice meal with 3 pc tender meal. Absolutely horrible. After biting into the first piece of chicken, I immediately got a rotten rancid taste. The meat smelled fishy. I removed the breading coating from all pieces, and I could see dark spots in the meat flesh - this is a sign that the chicken is well passed the expiry date and is rotten. A popeyes that is so busy with such a high volume of customers has no excuse for selling rotten chicken. I tried calling the popeyes location, no answer. Many people dont realize that rotten chicken is being served because of the spices. Tip: Please remove breading/coating before eating and inspect for a fish smell. I think the owners have changed. I will never return to this popeyes.

I ordered online. I arrived about ten minutes later, no chicken.Half hour after ordering, no chicken.Why the delay? They didn't put my chicken on till I arrived. Why didn't they put it on when I ordered online so that it would be ready when I got here? Isn't that the point of ordering online?I received no reply.Ordering online is useless. Why do they waste my time? Plenty of other eating establishments in the world that won't waste my time.

Update:I did revisit them, and it looks like they considered the customer comments and have done a fantastic thing. Thanks a lot, especially Zeenat, for your excellent customer service and fresh food.The staff members mixed fresh chickens with stale, not fresh and overcooked one which tasted like wooden sticks. Those pieces hurt our tooth and ended up with the bloody gum of my kids. What makes me unsatisfied that I have asked them to make it fresh and they said I have to wait for 20 minutes, which I did. I don't know if what they did is worth it to have customer dissatisfaction in addition to impact the chain reputation. What you did guys is really disappointing and shame on you to treat your customers in such a cheating way. That food ended in the trash.

Not Worth The Money $$Both chicken sandwiches were half breasts which was surprising to me. Charge full price for half a piece of awkward chicken shoved into a bun. Tasteless macaroni and cheese. Fries are mediocre. Really disappointed. Won’t be returning. Do better.
