Its good to find a record store that still keeps physical media that reminds you of bygone days. The selection of vinyl records and CDs might be small but there are other items such as clothing, accessories and music related paraphanilia that would be certain collectable items. Definitely check it out.

I love that the mall has a sunrise records now! It's not only great for music lovers but they have plenty of fandom related material too. I wish their poster selection was a little more organized but that's my only critique. The staff are kind and the store itself is super rad.

I went to Sunrise in Erin Mills Town Centre looking to purchase a record player. The one I was looking for I couldn't find. I went to the counter to ask for help and the employee was on the phone. I stood right in front of him, all he did was look at me. I decided to be patient and wait but after ten minutes I left. The place was completely empty, but the employee didn't look like he was interested in getting a sale. He could have put whoever he was talking to on hold and at least acknowledge me as a customer waiting for assistance. He should work from home not in a store. The absolute worst service I've ever had. I'm so disappointed. I really want to buy that record player. Now I will be spending my hard earned money somewhere else.

Not much inventory and the worker was weird. He stared at us from checkout behind a shelf while we were in the store the entire time.

Huge huge huge selection of vinyls and movies + tv shows. Was really impressed by all the obscure titles they had that you would never expect to find in a mall. The prices are a bit high though, luckily I found some great deals and the gentlemen working the counter were really nice friendly people.

I can only speak to the Erin Mills Mall location, Always a great place to explore since they have older cds, vinyls, new releases, and just interesting stuff. And as a bonus, found some old stuff better priced than Amazon, without the wait of delivery. Customer service is great and always helpful.
