Love at First Sight. Your senses are awakened as the store smells so nice. You feel very welcome. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. You feel an immediate sense of comfort upon entering. There is a certain calmness and peacefulness in the place. There is a positive vibe because of the amazing and unique products and the super nice, helpful and very friendly staff. Products are very reasonably priced especially considering so many of their products are hand made. I intend to visit here every time I’m in the area. Such a serene place to shop.

I love this place! The selection of crystals here is amazing. I've got a fluorite point, kunzite crystals, apatite crystals and a lovely crescent moon dreamcatcher from here. If you love crystals and incense, this is the place for you!

I left Bella’s Miracle Shop feeling great! Maureen assisted me in finding a bracelet and stone. She was informative, kind and took the time to understand what I needed, as I was unsure of what stone would be best. Thank you Maureen for an inspiring experience. I work at one of the stores in the mall and visit often. I highly recommend this store.

I remember the first time I discovered Bella's locations and I fell in love so quickly. The staff are always so kind and friendly. Also they really know their stuff ! the assortment of products is overwhelming. I love shopping with them.My home is filled with crystals from their store. I personally am obsessed with the selection of obelisk's and carved stones for my collection.

I love this shop! I come here every time I am in south Surrey as I live in Richmond BC. Everyone who works there is so kind and they have an amazing selection of items from beautiful stones to tarot cards and oracle decks. I was so excited the last time I was there because they had an oracle deck I had not been able to find anywhere that I had lost years before. The Tao Oracle deck. Will definitely recommend my Vancouver friends and such to take a trip down to their shop. You won’t be disappointed.

I love visiting Bella's! I am always blown away by the experience and really enjoy the atmosphere and my overall working relationship with Bella herself!The selection of crystals was simply amazing, such a diverse range of stones and other interesting and unique items. There really is something for everyone there!The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations based on my specific needs.As I do crystal and healing mixed media art, I ended up purchasing a few different crystals. The quality of the crystals was outstanding, and I know that they will definitely compliment and amplify my artwork.Overall, I would highly recommend Bella's to anyone looking for high-quality, unique crystals and exceptional customer service. I love the colourful and unique vibe that is Bella's.

I’ve been a long time customer here but this past week ..they wouldn’t return a rose quartz face roller that was damaged. She said it’s been over three days. (It had been six). She said it’s a stone but honestly it’s a smoothed out factory product you could buy on Amazon. I mentioned it wasn’t used etc etc. Honestly how many hands does it pass before it’s sold anyways. She was acting kinda strange and lacked customer skills. I’m done shopping there. They’re a bit overpriced anyways but I always supported small businesses. Too bad they don’t support us back.
