Petro-Canada & Car Wash

WORST CAR WASH, I have been to. The store attendant sold me a car wash pass stating it'll give an extra car wash if I add it into their app, which I did. I went for their car wash which took the pass but malfunctioned by starting the wash without pushing the car inside completely. I called the attendant, who said he'll come to fix it but instead just stopped the car wash manually and went back, forcing me and everyone behind the queue in a limbo. I took my half wet car out from the wash to the store and asked the guy at the desk for a refund. He bluntly denied any refund saying as the car wash pass is already added into my points card and there is no refund policy for the car wash - which I found nothing less than a scam. I had to go through PetroCanada HQ for 2 weeks to get my money back! Never going to stop at this location, ever!

Worst car wash as it does not clean the car properly.. Recently I had observed that my car has scratches due to the car wash and it is not touchless.. not going there from now on..

Car wash didn't rinse, left with detergent and stuff all over front dash. Now they are all frozen and caked.

VERY NICE LOCATION!! GOOD TO FILL UP GAS IN YOUR VEHICLE!! DECENT PRICES AS WELL!!

Worst pump I’ve ever used in this country. I have never filled up here without some sort of issue with the systems. Prepay doesn’t even work so the line inside is crazy.

Disgusting management. Roean. Or whatever his name is a terrible manager. The other two girls that are employees are incredibly useless as well. I was charged twice on my account and they refused to look at any of my receipts and just said that I have to wait a couple days for the bank to go through payments. Once I did, I was turned away without even accommodation, apology and the option of a refund was not even in the option. Explaining to them that $100 was taken out of my account. They even told me it was my fault for the double charges. Disgusting manager and associates.

I was going to fill up my gas tank and purchase drinks but since their bathroom was mysteriously “not working tonight” I’ll take my business across the street to circle k….. that’s $136 you could of took away from your competitors! Oh well thanks circle K for accommodating your customers and letting us use your bathroom
