Drove through Drive through to order after I payed they asked me to pull into one of those waiting spots and someone would bring out our food. After 15-20 minutes waiting I decided to go back in to find out they had given my order to someone else. Now had to wait once again for my order!

The managers of this McDonald's should be training the other locations in Ontario! They rock. Quick and great service with very very well made food. Picture perfect. I was very impressed. Thanks guys for a great meal.

Just did the drive-through, and it was pretty quick. The order taker was very rude and not very friendly. Food was very over salted, even for a McDonald's.

I'm sitting in Mcdonald's and one of the female employees was claiming to be native when a male employee asked her if she really was and if she had native status she said she was only joking and that she could never be native and laughed about it. Like, first of all, that's not okay to joke about an entire culture and second of all, what do you mean by 'you could never be native'? This is why there's so much stigma surrounding native culture and just cultures in general. Like common people do better!

I have never been at this location before. I took my grandkids, we planed to sit inside and eat. The dinning area was disgusting, the tables were dirty . There were flies everywhere. It was gross. We ended up eating in my car. They also screwed up the happy meal orders. Would never go there again.

When I went in, it seemed a little dirty and unorganized, but it’s usually clean and the food is very well cooked and very tasty. My first Junior chicken wasn’t crispy so I asked for another one they had no problem. I got the second one, and it was the same thing and this time they forgot the onions, but usually there a good place nice establishment to eat, and they were just weren’t having a good day Three stars today but five stars are usually

These guys just closed almost 40 min early. Went to the door and was ignored went to the drive through and was ignored. Now Because we’re polite we’ve been wait for our online order almost 15min putting it at 9:45pm we went to the window and gave a little honk in case the speaker was busted and the acknowledged that they heard and saw us, but ignored us. Not even the Courtesy coming over, opening the window, and letting us know you’ve closed a bit early. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service here. It’s really too bad bc I know there are good kids working in there… hope they correct this soon.

They completely messed up my order and than refused to fix it saying that's what you ordered the owner has to pay incompetent employees 17 bucks a hour and they can't even compleat a simple order correctly
