I had an emergency and brought my dog to this hospital last minute. Dr. Sam and his staff were able to accomidate me. His staff were very kind and Dr.Sam treated my dog effectively. I am extremely grateful for all their help!

Absolutely, amazing service. I brought my dog to Dr. Sam my dog was very sick and had to be put down. Unfortunately it was very hard and he took me through the process of showing me exactly what was going to be done. He was very sympathetic.

Dr. Sam has been amazing with our 12 year old cat Jones. She was diagnosed with terminal cancer this past fall, and he has gone above and beyond to help make her final months as comfortable as possible.Dr. Sam has also been very generous with the time he takes to explain certain tests, medications, and what we can expect in terms of caring for Jones during this time. He has always treated her respectfully, and handles her very gently when she comes in for a visit.The reception staff are always welcoming, and many even remember Jones' name when I pop in to pick up her meds.I can't thank Dr. Sam and this clinic enough for all of the support and care they have given these past few months.

Best vet service! Dr Sam helped my dog when his paw was strained. He took X-ray and was super gentle with my dog! I will definitely be coming back for future services!!

I had to come here on a Saturday and this clinic was the only one available during the weekend and was opened fairly late compared to other places. I'm super happy to have met Dr. Sam. He took great care of my feline friend and the staff here are amazing! They're super receptive and inviting and I'm glad to have been under their care. I would definitely recommend this place as their high reviews are well deserved.

We came in with my very sick 7 month year old dog. The doctor" didn't have a clue what was wrong with my poor puppy. It felt like we paid a copious amount of money for his inability to know what was wrong with her. Sent home with antibiotics for an unknown ailment. Trusted him to think this was adequate treatment for my Rio. She passed away 13 hours later. I wish we had never taken my puppy to him. Maybe she would still be alive. Dr. Masoud was a pleasure to work with in a very difficult situation and taxing time for our family. He was very patient and took the time to explain every thing about what was going on with our dog. He took excellent care of the dog and ensured he was well taken care of. Dr. Masoud is incomparable to any other vet I have encountered in my life.

Where do I begin?! First off, if you have a new litter, go to Dr Sam Masoud!We have a 2 year old American Bulldog X. She had a litter of 6 beautiful pups. Because of Mom's raw diet, I had some concerns & thought early deworming was needed. After explaining my concerns to my old vet's office manager, she was quick to dismiss me & say they can't & won't do anything until 6 weeks of age. I can't put into words how worried I became thinking I had to leave a possible issue to get worse for 3 whole weeks! I decided to get a 2nd opinion & I'm so happy that I called Dr Sam Masoud. He listened to my concerns & immediately found a method suitable for that young age/weight. While 6 week old deworming may be standard practice, the pups health should always come first & he did just that! His office is very clean & his staff are all very friendly & kind. He was so generous with us in terms of working on a budget & gave us the big litter discount. I have highly recommend Dr Masoud to all my pups new families & anybody I know with a furbaby.
