Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Clinic is very clean and a relaxing, calming atmosphere. I was blown away at their consultation camera technology, I didn’t know anything like that actually existed, i could look at the different types of damage (inflammation, UV, pigment changes etc) on my own face layer by layer, it was incredible. No complaints, I will be back forsure!

After many years of being self conscious about my skin concerns, I finally made the decision to visit Renew & Refresh spa and I honestly can’t believe I waited so long. I had a consultation with Jes and she shared an enormous amount of knowledge and took time to educate me on the concerns and treatments available. Since my original consult I have had services done by Jes and Alicia and I cannot put into words how great the experience has been. They are both extremely professional all while making you feel at home and comfortable during each treatment. Not only do they explain each treatment thoroughly, but they also share a great deal of knowledge during the appointment. Its easy to see these ladies love their job and have put many hours into learning and development. I am forever thankful for finding this spa.

I love it here, the place is very clean and the ladies at the front desk are always so friendly. I have been seeing Courtney for my Dysport injections for the last year or so, she is super professional and patient. I highly recommend!

I am having radio frequency done at Renew and Refresh in Cochrane Alberta. It is an amazing clinic. All of the staff really care about you and your skin. I have also had Melia extractions done around one of my eyes and on my face with no pain and no scarring. Alicia is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced technician that takes care to ensure you are comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing anything done to your skin.

Courtney H. is outstanding in every way. I was a little anxious because it was my first time getting Botox, but she made the entire experience feel very calm and relaxing. For quite some time, my mother has been seeing her for botox, and the results have always been fantastic. One of my mom's friends travels all the way from Toronto to visit Courtney for botox, and her results are spectacular. Even though I knew I was in good hands, I still experienced first-time nervousness. During our consultation, she went through with me every single item you can think of. She was hilarious and extremely thorough. It was like talking to a long-time friend.She performed such a fantastic job, and I am really pleased with the outcome. The environment was beautiful and tidy. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing people, facility, and services all around. I'm eager to return and receive a skin consultation because I intend to get their chemical peel. I'm telling you, it's worth the travel to come here and see Courtney if you live in Cochrane or wherever. You won't be dissatisfied! I'm going to tell everyone I know about her and this business!

I've seen both Alicia and Jes for treatments at Renew and Refresh, both are incredibly knowledgeable and talented! Procedures have always been fully explained, any questions always completely answered. I always love walking in to such a beautiful, classy and professional environment, this place ticks all the boxes! Highly recommend, I will be a client forever!

Love this place! Alicia has made my skin look brand new and Courtney had made my wrinkles go bye bye. They just need new beds (wider and more comfortable).

Last week I was under the weather and thought I deserve to be pampered so I booked an appointment at this wonderful spa here in town.  Today I had a facial talk about pampered that’s just what happened from waking into the door to leaving. The wonderful friendly staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and make you feel right at ease and help you decide what’s best for your skin they don’t try push any products on you or try any sales tactics it’s totally up to you. It took an hour from going into the room to the time I left it, I was totally relaxed the whole time it was just fabulous, by the time I left me and my skin felt like a million dollars. Now I have found this gem i will definitely be back. Every one deserves a little pampering and self care right!

A very first service of this kind for me. I have always been a little skeptical about cosmetics and spending money on what I consider hiding the natural!But made a change, have it a try, and felt very satisfied with their approach (cochrane AB). Booking online was one of the best experience. I booked a service that I was educated on and redirected away from, for something more appropriate for my personal target and skin type.Alicia was not forceful but professional in her service, what it does, how she does it, etc. I was also educated on hygiene outside of the service, at home, sun care, etc. And I was not pushed into booking more (which I very much dislike when I make it clear it is not what I am into).I recommended them to my husband! And I will go again!

I’ve been seeing Courtney for filler and Botox for over a year now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s so kind, helpful, and she’s amazing at everything she does. I’ve realized I probably trust her more than anyone on this Earth, considering I let her put things in my face on a regular basis. My confidence has increased so much since I met her and I am eternally grateful.
