Why is UPS British Columbia workers so incompetent. I can see why UPS run their answering service from Philippines, 1 cheap 2 incompetent Canadians would be getting yelled at continously. They know they have so many issues internally hense why they do not make access to their management accessable. No local telephone numbers to call. UPS management need to be in the forefront to understand how poorly they are managing the facilities and where improvements need to be made.

Do NOT go to this UPS store.Please listen to all the other reviews.If you’re just looking to ship something basic, you’ll have to fill out a paper waybill. You cannot pay for it on site, you will get a “surprise charge” after the fact. I’m sure the customer service rep was just explaining all the possible “drawbacks”, but, really comes off as them trying to avoid taking any packages…I don’t blame them, this place is not set up for “retail” customers.

UPS is expensive! $95 for custom charges. Also i live in West Kelowna and they took my package to the Lake Country location and said i need to come pick it up. Well i work in Health Care and work everyday so its basically impossible for me to go out there and pick it up myself. Yes i will figure it all out, im just frustrated with the whole thing

UPS is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Their employees lied to me. After discovering the extra $39 fee to ship from the US an employee told me they would reduce the fee by $20 and I could pick up my package and would be billed an invoice. I go to pickup my package and am denied. I call again and am told UPS would never do that and I have to pay online. What a joke of a company. How are you still in business?

Started thursday, driver got heat exhaustion 3 days in a row, was told i would have 10 packages to deliver but they gave me 120, than over 100 and when they put me with a supervisor i was told i would have 50 to deliver but they gave me 170 packages. They are unsafe disorganized and work conditions are absolutely abhorrent.

I ordered a picnic table through home depot. It came from the U.S.A. It went though the system just fine until it arrived in kelowna.Now it is sitting there with no delivery time it has been over a week.There is no way of getting a hold of anyone there. I would never ship with UPS if I had a choice.

Would leave 0 if I could, package was out for delivery today, then received an email saying that due to a weather emergency it couldn't be delivered. No one knows when or where I can pick it up. Oh, and it's a clear sunny day by the way. Don't know what kind of weather could affect the driver... too sunny? Not impressed.

This place is so bad at customer service they should be used by UPS for lessons on how NOT to interact with customers. I don't think I'm alone in this conclusion either; scanning around BC they are the winner of lowest review score with one of the most # of reviews for any UPS location. This location obviously prides themselves on making people very mad. So mad they'd leave a negative review and it's likely also why you are reading this too - you've experienced the pleasure" of interacting with the staff at this location.My Story: After losing our tracking number for an Apple return I went to this location to see if they could help track the package. As they had just dropped a package off to me when I handed the driver the return

Had a great experience with a UPS driver. I was tracking package due to be delivered today. Flagged down Tom (UPS driver) on my street when I saw the package hadn’t been delivered and I asked if he had seen it. He hadn’t. He then proceeded to look up the tracking number and get to the bottom of it immediately. He contacted me to explain the delay and told me to contact him if I had any other concerns or questions. Great customer service! If I could find a number to call his manager/supervisor to applaud his efforts, I would.

i wish i could give a negative 4 star review. they delivered an empty package to my door without signature and then made my claim disappear , thief's is what they are
